“We were unable to reach housekeeping from the room phone, and even calling from a cell phone did not work. We eventually had to walk to the front desk around 7 PM, where no staff was immediately available. After finally locating someone and requesting towels, we returned to our room to find the towels left on the floor just inside the door. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and the way the towels were delivered felt unprofessional and inconvenient.”

“The Inn was delightful and exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the Rose Suite, which was spacious and well appointed. Comfortable beds, terrific shower. The restaurant and some amenities weren’t available because it was late March so off-season, but the grounds are beautiful and the breakfast was very good with excellent variety for continental. The falls are immediately past the Inn, an easy, short hike. ”

“Room one was fine until I got to the bathroom. The shower drain was broken and there was a huge wad of hair in the drain. The rust covered the tub and screws were missing from the hardware. I asked maintenance to come up and help and they rinsed the hair said the shower was fine and left. I asked to switch rooms. The next room smelled like mildew and the soap dispenser in the bathroom was covered in green slime. The THIRD room was okay except the mini fridge didn’t work. ”

My wife and I enjoyed watching the frogs and tadpoles in the small pond and walking around the property seeing deer and hearing the birds. Our 4 boys and 1 daughter loved the fishing setup with 4 poles and a table box. All together for the three days we were there, our kids caught and released over 50 fish! They had a blast! We used this as a base to see Church of Jesus...

"Terribile… arrivati alle 19,30 e ci dicono che la camera è al 7 piano e l’ascensore e’ rotto. Le valige (pesantissime) dobbiamo portarle noi. Mi rifiuto…. Mi cercano un altro albergo a 15 minuti di distanza e riesco ad entrare in camera alle 23….. imbarazzanti. Io volevo riuscire a vedere il centro di Syracuse la sera, invece mi sono visto il parcheggio di un hotel in periferia. Evitate"
